Log in to Web PTT
Company admin lite users have the privilege to use VoicePing on web-based to PTT.
(a) Open the browser on your PC and go to link: https://web.voiceoverping.net/
(b) Choose the Login tab.
(c) Login using your company admin lite credential.
Allow Mic Permission
In order to work properly, the Web PTT needs Mic permission. The browser will ask you to allow the Mic permission the first time you log in.
Find a Private/Group Channel and PTT
You can find the channel under the channel list for either the Private or Group channels.
(a) Private Channel
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the USERS tab.
3. Choose the private channel that you like to talk to.
4. Start talking to the channel by click and hold the Mic Icon.
(b) Group Channel
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the GROUPS tab.
3. Choose the group channel that you like to talk to.
4. Start talking to the channel by click and hold the Mic Icon.

Sending Picture, Video, and Text Message
Picture and Video can provide a clearer understanding for the receiver to understand your message. In web PTT, you can send pictures, videos, and even text messages on the channel. The text message will be read out on the receiver side.
(a) Send Picture
1. Open the channel that you like to send the picture to. You can choose a channel either from your recent conversation window or search on the channels directory.
2. Click the image icon.
3. Choose the picture file that you like to send, then click the open button to send.
(b) Send Video
1. Open the channel that you like to send the picture to. You can choose a channel either from your recent conversation window or search on the channels directory.
2. Click the cam icon.
3. Choose the video file that you like to send, then click the open button to send.
(c) Send Text Message
1. Open the channel that you like to send the picture to. You can choose a channel either from your recent conversation window or search on the channels directory.
2. Click on the text message field. Type in the message that you like to send.
3. Click the send button.
SOS and Paging
You can also send an SOS message inside a group channel and a paging tone inside a private channel from the Web PTT.
(a) SOS Message
When you send SOS to a group channel, you have the privilege to talk in the group while the other users inside the group are restricted to send any message for some seconds. It will be helpful for you if there is any important or emergency thing that you like to share with the people inside the group.
1. Enter the group channel that you like to send the SOS to.
2. Click the SOS icon 3x times to send the SOS.
3. Start the PTT while the others are restricted to talk in the group.
(b) Paging
When you send a page to a user in private channel, the receiver will get contiuonus page tone for him to hear until the message is open by them. It will be helpfull if you need the receiver to response to you asap.
1. Enter the private channel that you liket to send the paging to.
2. Click the "*" (star) icon 3x times.
Mute and Skip Reading Text
In some events, you can set your web PTT to be muted or just skip the read-out text feature for any incoming text message.
(a) Mute / Unmute
1. Click your icon avatar beside your name at the top left corner.
2. Choose mute to mute the web PTT.
3. Click the "mute" icon over your avatar to unmute the web PTT.
(b) Skip Reading Text ON/OFF
By default, any text message received by web PTT will be read out as a voice. Using this feature will put the incoming text message will not be readout.
1. Click your avatar icon beside your name at the top left corner.
2. Choose "Skip Reading Text Messages" to turn on this feature.
3. To turn off this feature, you will have to click your avatar icon again, then choose "Read out text messages".
Group Management
As a company admin lite, the account has the privilege to manage group channels.
Create a new group channel
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the "NEW GROUP" tab.
3. Enter the group name field with a group name that you like to create.
4. You can see the list of all users under your company. Pick the one that you like to add to the group.
5. Click the "Create" button to create the group.
Add user to the group
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the "GROUPS" tab.
3. Select the group that you like to edit.
4. Click the group name bar to open group details.
5. Click the "+" (plus) icon to open the user list.
6. Choose the user that you like to add to the group.
7. Click the "OK" button on the pop-up confirmation.
Remove user from the group
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the "GROUPS" tab.
3. Select the group that you like to edit.
4. Click the group name bar to open group details.
5. Click the "Remove" button beside the user name on the list of users.
6. Click the "OK" button on the pop-up confirmation.
Location Tracking
You can check the location of users also in the Web PTT.
1. Click the Map icon button to open/close the Map.
2. The location of all users will show on the screen.
3. You can choose which users should show on the screen by the active timestamp of users from the last 30 mins, 24 hrs, or all the time.
4. You can look for the specific user that you want to see the location by fill in the search bar with the user name.
5. Click the device icon on the map to see the location details. The details will show as follows:
- Name: User Name
- Last Update: Showing the last location synced timestamp.
- Location: Showing the location address.
- Accuracy: There are 3 modes of accuracy :
- Good: This means the location accuracy is below 50m.
- Fair: This means the location accuracy is within 50m - 300m.
- Poor: This means the location accuracy is more than 300m.

6. Click to switch the map to fullscreen mode for easy monitoring.
Location configuration
1. Click the gear icon on the upper right corner of the map.
2. Marker clustering: If enabled, some devices in one area will be shown as numbers with a clustering icon on the map. Otherwise, disable this will show the user name of each device on the map.
3. Location update: If enabled, the map will auto-refresh to sync with the latest location on the device every several mins. You can set the update time for every 1 min, 3 mins, or 5 mins.
4. Show users: This is to filter the users that you like to see on the map. You can choose the most recently active users by 30 mins, 24 hrs, or all users.
Recording
You can replay the conversation history from a group channel or private channel nicely inside the Web PTT. Firstly, you will need to retrieve the zip file of the conversation record from the VoicePing Admin Webpage.

After you received the recording ZIP file, please proceed to the following steps to play it on Web PTT:
1. Click the magnificent icon on the left console.
2. Click the "RECORDINGS" tab.
3. Find the recording zip file that you have downloaded earlier.
4. Drag and drop the file to the recording ZIP box in the Web PTT.
5. You can play the conversation as a direct channel afterward.
