When a user facing an issue with their device, user can contact Smart Walkie Whatsapp Hotline (+65 9118 7121) to report the issue.

If the issue is software related, Smart Walkie team will assist to solve through chat, voice call or video call.

If the issue is hardware related, such as; charging issue, screen damage, speaker issue, totally dead device, etc user can do 1-1 exchange in the locker.


The locker is located in the HQ, 22 Punggol Rd - Track 19, Singapore 828871.

Please head over to the Outward Bound, and you will see the locker outside ops room. The locker is quite big, it would be hard to miss. Here is what the locker look like, see the image below;


When the user reach the HQ, here is what the user needs to do:

  1. Request to Smart Walkie team to get the locker number and padlock passcode.
  2. User fill in the google form: https://bit.ly/NYCForM
  3. Unlock the Locker and get the replacement set from inside the locker.

  4. Turn Off the spoilt phone.

  5. Move the sim card from the Spoilt set to the Replacement set. Then turn on the replacement set.

  6. Login the Voiceping account on the Replacement set.

  7. Device is ready to use.

  8. Put the spoilt device inside the same number locker that you are take the replacement set earlier. > relock the locker with the padlock.
