For SOTI Customers, the users also can exit the SOTI Kiosk Mode using a Passcode set by the admin.
Please follow these steps to exit using the passcode:
1. From the SOTI Kiosk main screen, press and hold the back button.
2. Choose "Administrator" on the pop-up options.
3. Key In the passcode, then continue to tap the "OK" button.
4. You will be unlocked from Kiosk Mode. Press the Home button once to close the MobiControl App and you can use the device normally afterward.
