In case you have a problem pairing the NBT Seecode device, please follow the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Exit VoicePing App.
2. Open the Android settings app and go to the Bluetooth connection settings.
3. Unpair and Re-Pair the connection of the Bluetooth device. To enter the pairing mode on Seecode device side, please power off the device, then long press the power button again to turn on the device and enter the pairing mode.
4. Close the Android settings app then open the VoicePing app.
5. Check the Bluetooth Icon on the bottom left area of the page, and ensure the Bluetooth icon is in red color.
6. In case the Bluetooth icon is greyed color, please tap the 3 (Three) dots button on the top right corner.
7. Choose Settings.
8. Open the Hard Button Settings.
9. Tap the "Pair to seecode device" button. Please tap the "Unpair" button first if appear.
10. Close the settings and ensure the Bluetooth icon becomes red-colored now.
