Login VoicePing
After you install the VoicePing app, you will have to log in to the VoicePing the first time you open it. Please follow all these steps to log in to the VoicePing app.
(a) Open VoicePing App, proceed to allow all the permission requested by VoicePing.
(b) Tap the "Login" button.
(c) Fill in your login credential, then tap the sign-in button.
Note: When you fill in the login credential, you can leave the company field as empty as long as you have input the User Name followed by the domain i.e test@smartwalkie.com.sg.

VoicePing Interface Page
After you log in to the VoicePing, you will be brought to the VoicePing main interface. There are 2 (Two) pages that will show up whenever you open the VoicePing app.
(a) Recent Conversation Page: On this page, you can see all the channels that you are used recently for communication. Swipe left the screen to see the "Favorite Channel Page".
(b) Favorite Channel Page: On this page, you will see the list of your favorite channels. To see all the contact list that you have, go to the "+" (Plus) icon and tap it to open all the contact list.
(c) Contact List: On this page, you will see the list of all channels that you have. It will show for both Group Channel and Private Channel. Tap on the "*" (star) icon to add the channel to your favorite channel page.

Enter a Channel to Send a PTT Talk
Please choose a channel that you like to enter from either "Recent Conversation Page" or "Favorite Channel Page".
(a) Choose the channel that you like to enter.
(b) Tap and hold the PTT button then start talking to the channel.

Send Text Message (Read Out Text and Muted Text)
When you are inside a channel, you can also send a text message or a picture to the channel. You can set the message as a read-out message or muted message for the receiver.
(a) Read-out Text Message.
1. Tap the texting field.
2. Type in the words that you like to send.
3. Tap the send button.
(b) Muted Text Message.
1. Tap the texting field.
2. Type in the words that you like to send. Add an "#" symbol at the end of the message.
3. Tap the send button.

Send a Picture or Video
A picture or video will give a clear understanding for the receiver side. You can also send a picture or video in a channel to provide some information that you like to share.
(a) Tap the camera button.
(b) Choose the Picture or Video mode that you like to send.
(c) Tap the confirmation button to send the Picture or Video.

Online Presence (Private Channel Only)
With this feature, you can get information if a user is currently online or offline.
(a) If the user is Online, the Dot on the bar will show as Green colored.
(b) If the user is Online, the Dot on the bar will show as Grey colored.

VoicePing Call
With VoicePing you can make a Voice Call or Video Call to a user inside a Private Channel.
(a) Open the private channel details by tapping the channel name bar.
(b) To make a Voice Call, simply tap the phone call button on the screen.
(c) To make a Video Call, simply tap the video call button on the screen.

Group Channel Options
In the VoicePing group channel, the users are able to set several options for their requirements. To configure this, the user must enter the group channel details by tapping the group channel name bar.
(a) Editing group channel participants: The users can edit by add/remove users to/from the group. This feature is only available for company lite admin users.
(b) Leave group: If the user leave the group, they would not get any message or notification from the group.
(c) Mute group: If the user mute the group, they would not get any sound coming from the group but still they can receive the message and notification as an unread message.
(d) Set as default channel: If the user set the group as the default channel, their active channel will auto switch back to the default channel after a few seconds from the last activity on the other channel.
(e) Set as SOS channel: If the user set the group as the SOS channel, they will receive any message coming from the SOS group even the user is currently active on the other channel.
(f) Clear group conversation: To clear the group conversation history.
(g) Set a favorite private channel from the group users list.

Quick Search Channel
You can quickly search a channel by typing the channel name on the search bar. It can be a shortcut for you to find a channel without going to the contact list.
(a) Tap the search bar on the VoicePing main page. By default, the keyboard will show up as number mode. Tap the "keyboard mode" button to change it to the alphabet.
(b) Type in the channel name that you like to find, then enter the channel to start a conversation.

Users Location (for Company Admin Lite only)
Company admin lite user has the privilege to track the location of users.
(a) Tap the map icon button to open the map.
(b) The location of all users will show on the screen. You can find a specific user by filling the search bar with the user name that you like to find.

SOS, Paging, and Message Statuses
VoicePing has a feature to send an SOS message to a group channel or Paging in a private channel. Even you can see the message delivery status.
(a) Send SOS to group channel: You can send an SOS message by tapping the SOS button 3x times when you are inside a group channel. Once the SOS message is sent, all the other users except the SOS sender cannot send any message on the group for some seconds. This will give the sender privilege to override any conversation that happening at the time, so only the sender can talk in the group about any emergency or important matter that wanted to be sent.
(b) Send a page to a private channel: You can send a page to the user by tapping the "*" (star) button 3x times when you are inside a private channel. This will give the receiver a page tone continuously on the device. It can be used whenever the sender wanted the user to read the message or need a reply immediately. The paging tone will not stop until the receiver opens the message.
(c) Message status: there are several message statuses that you can see whenever you send a message inside a channel.
1. Message showing blue without tick: This means your message is sent but the receiver is not online currently and they cannot receive your message until they are online.
2. Message showing blue with 1 tick: This means your message is sent and received by the receiver as an unread message. The receiver hasn't read or playing your message at this time, or their device is on mute.
3. Message showing blue with 2 ticks: This means your message is sent and received by the receiver as well as it already played or read by the receiver.

Replaying message and Playing un-read message
You can replay the message if you don't catch the message when the first time it is played as well as you can play an unread message also.
(a) To replaying a message, you can enter the channel that contains the message that you like to replay. Then press the replay button over the message.
(b) For un-read messages, you will get a notification over the channel. Tap and hold the channel, then swipe up to the play icon to play the unread message.
