This service is only available for Enterprise customers.
Please follow these steps below:
- Open your VoicePing Admin Webpage: https://voiceoverping.net/login.
- Log In using your Admin credential that we have provided at the beginning during the deployment.
- Once you are logged in, click the 'New Channel" button to create a new channel.
- Input your company channel name as desired, then click "Submit" button.
- Fill in the search collum with the user's username that you like to add to the channel, then click "Search".
- Click the "Add User" button to add the user to the channel.
- Repeat the steps "Search and Add User" until all the users that you wanted to add to the channel are added.
- Restart the VoicePing App / The Device to get the channel appear on the device.
